Banaras - Dil Saazi

Dil Saazi, a London-based luxury fashion studio, approached me to develop the title design for a short fashion film inspired by the timeless craftsmanship of Banarasi silk. The film reimagines this traditional Indian textile through a contemporary Western lens, and the title was designed to reflect that same tensionrooted in heritage, yet distinctly modern. The typography and visual treatment draw from the weft and warp of threads of a handloom. Translating banarasi weaving culture into a refined cinematic language.
